The verification code never arrives. Two causes, and they need different responses. If your carrier has filed it under promotional or spam messages, it is sitting in your phone already. If the queue is genuinely slow, stacking three resend requests makes it slower rather than faster, so wait the whole timer once. Vi and BSNL connections in particular sometimes hold service messages for a few minutes at peak evening load.

The page is blank, or loads without images. Assets failing while text arrives points at a cache or a partial load, so a hard refresh fixes it. Nothing arriving at all points at name resolution, which varies between Indian networks: a domain that is dead on one connection often opens on another. Test the network before you clear anything.

Signed in, but the balance is wrong. Do not play through it. Open the transaction history in the profile menu and find the last entry you recognise. "Account under review" or a hard lock. This is a payments or verification flag rather than a login fault, and no amount of retrying clears it.
